There are continually new artists coming into the arena and some of whom last and gain a strong reputation in the fine arts industry, whilst the majority disappear without trace within a short time. We take a look below at 5 contemporary artists who we think have a good future of them.
Jakub Julian Ziolkowski
Born in Poland in 1980, Ziolkowski has been receiving fervent acclaim from many top critics and his paintings are rapidly becoming desirable. Many collectors and galleries have been making his paintings must have commodities, with a varied style his very best pieces have been described as masterful. To make it even more extraordinary is his age and that he is only at the beginning of his career.
Adrian Ghenie
Ghenie is one of several outstanding Eastern European painters. Born in Romania in 1977, this young artist’s work is described as eerily enigmatic, with a growing reputation since his paintings burst into the art world during 2005. His work has a cinematic type quality, with intricately structured and dramatically lit paintings making him standout as one of the major new art prospects of the moment.
Hernan Bas
Bas is an American artist based in Miami. Born in 1978 achieved critical acclaim for his early work, with romantic and melancholic themed work, with many 19th century literally references. Bas’ vision and highly personal style have marked him out as an original and highly fine artist.
Alistair Frost
Born in the U.K. in 1981, Frost is a multi-disciplined artist who is best known for his critically acclaimed paintings. His early work was abstract in form, however it did contain visual markers that are recognizable, these include everyday objects to symbols and graphics. His more recent work has combined examples of pure abstract style with his early loose style, filling his designs with space and light.
Volker Hueller
Hueller is one of the latest acclaimed German painters, working in abstract and semi-figurative styles. His work shows and emphasis on rich colours applied in swathes with interwoven planes in any images shown. Although a painter of representative pieces, it’s his powerful abstract work that is being noticed.
